Chiropractic Lifestyle Center: Personal Training Program
This is a personal training program unlike anything else you have heard of. Our trainers will design a made to order plan that will not only help you reach your health goals (i.e. weight loss or toning), but also teach movements that will enhance your quality of life. We refer to it literally as a "spinal strengthening program" because a strong spinal column allows people to live more freely, solve health problems (such as areas of weakness, dysfunction or pain) and allows life to be enjoyed to its fullest. The goal of the program is give clients the tools and knowledge to ultimately become independent of a personal trainer, begin to make these movements part of their daily life, and incorporate this lifestyle into their parenting and beyond. This program will teach you exercises that can be done in 4 to 6 minutes, with little equipment needed and can even be done while watching TV at home. The fact is, eventually all of us will be on a weight lifting program; it will just vary on what it is called: a health plan, workout partner, rehab or a nurse. Let us help you make this huge step toward improved health and start the journey toward and new and improved "You" today!
